Return Policy – Vunketa
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions are made, as you accepted these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Deadline:
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items.
How to return:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@vunketa.com including your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product (if damaged), and your contact details.
Refunds
Procedure:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
Delayed or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@vunketa.com.
Costs
Return shipping:
All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Returns must be sent to China, and shipping costs start from €20, to be paid by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or incorrect items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs a second time, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated system.
